With the Cross Country Championships coming on the 27th, we are opening up the entry form for coaches to begin entering your runners. The deadline for entry into the Championship meet is close of business on Monday, October 20.
General rules allow each school to enter up to 7 runners in each division, boys or girls. You will not enter your alternates on the entry form. Schools may make changes until the entry deadline. Replacements can be made after the deadline by submitting those names at the registration area on the day of the meet.
After the deadline, the school shall owe entry fees for all runners entered. If you submit more than 1 entry form, the last form submitted will be used.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure you have your Cross Country roster(s) built in TMS
- You need Cross Country-Boys and/or
- Cross Country-Girls
- This is not a (Co-ed roster)
- Open the 2025 Cross Country Entry Form
- Select your school from the dropdown
- Enter Head Coach Information
- Select gender
- Type in the names, (First Last), of up to 7 runners
- Click SUBMIT
- Open the 2025 Cross Country Entry Form again if needed for the other gender.
