Entries:

  • Entries will be made in the TAPPS posted meets in Athletic.net.
  • Please make sure your school code is the same as shown in TMS
  • If the athletic.net school code is different from the TAPPS code, please request athletic.net to change it to the assigned code.
  • Entry Deadline: April 4, 2025
  • Entry Fees:
    • Individual Entries $15 per entry
    • Relays        $45 per entry
    • Payable at the  meet
    • LINK TO BLANK INVOICE
  • Maximum Entry limits shall be applied without exception
    • No more than three (3) entries per school in individual events and
    • One entry per school in each relay

Results will be posted on the TAPPS website after the conclusion of the meet.

    • The TAPPS Fair Effort  rule will be in place once the meet begins
  • Field Events
    • Event Minimums
      • Opening Heights shall be as published in the current TAPPS By-Laws
      • A competitor must clear or meet the opening height or minimum mark in order to advance to the state tournament
    • Workers
      • Schools shall provide workers for events in which they have student entered
    • Field Event attempts
      • Each competitor shall be allowed three attempts in the preliminary round with the top 8 advancing to the finals and three additional attempts
      • However, based on entries and conditions, the field horizontal events and throws may be reduced to 4 total attempts for all competitors
  • Officials
    • TAPPS will provide certified officials for the meet
  • Awards
    • Top Four (4) Finishers in each event
    • To be available when schools check out of the event
  • Advancement to the State Championship Meet
    • Qualifiers will be automatically entered into the championship meet
      • Individual Events
        • Deadline for Drops
        • Fair Effort Rule Effective Date
        • Drops should be made through the form located on the Track page of the TAPPS website
      • Relay Event
        • Relay entry change form will be available through the TAPPS website
