I am seeking an opportunity to serve as Head Football and Track Coach for one of the outstanding member schools in TAPPS. With over 40 years of experience and success, with 25 years serving for TAPPS member schools. I spent 11 years at Arlington Grace Prep Academy coaching football (including junior high) and track (junior high and high school). Winning five football and three State Championships. 13 years at Ft. Worth Covenant Classical School, seven years as Athletic Director, 13 years as Head Football and Track Coach. Building the athletic program from scratch. Winning two state titles in three state game appearances and four track championships. This past fall I severed as Offensive Coordinator/Assitant Head Coach at Irving The Highlands School. Where we improved from a 2-8 record and scoring 284 points with only three play-off teams on the schedule. To a 5-5 record, scoring 361 points with five play-off teams on the schedule. My track coaching experience includes seven years as an assistant coach at UTA and fifteen years leading the Elite Track Club. My biggest accomplishment has been developing character and leadership in student athletes. I feel it is imperative for me and my staff to demonstrate a Christian walk and placing the Lord first in all we do to the athletes. I am available to start at anytime.

My name is Adrian Salguero. I have 4 years of experience both coaching and teaching, almost all in a private Christian school setting. My coaching background consists of working with wide receivers in football, sprinters in track, and offseason lifting programs as well. Coaching Football/Track – possibility History
My situation is different. I have coached in six states, both public and Christian schools, also with experience as an assistant and head coach. For 20 years I coached basketball but have mostly focused on football and track – very successfully in “turning around” several programs. We settled in Nebraska for family reasons a few years ago, but I have a Lifetime teaching certificate in Texas and would like to finish my career back in Texas. And also would like to be in a Christian school again. Since I am getting some retirement money now I could work for partial salary to help the budget in a school struggling financially.
