District Certification
Athletic Directors:
If you are the District President for Baseball or Softball, please make sure you have the ability to certify the standings. You will see a blue ‘Certifying’ button in the upper right corner when you look at the standings for your district in TMS. If you don’t have access please send an email to [email protected], or call the office.
District Certification for Baseball, Division III, IV and V and Softball, Divisions III and IV is Wednesday, April 16.
District Certification:

log in to TMS
-
click on Standings
-
Select the Activity to be certified, along with your Division and your District

Click the blue ‘Certifying’ button at the top right
-
drag the schools to the correct order
-
click save
-
your bracket should now be populated
-
send an email to [email protected] and specify which Sport / Classification / District has been certified.
Brackets will update as districts are certified.
